What type of work will you do?

• Shopify apps - i.e. fully fledged web apps - with task queuing / with or without frontend - using well structured web app frameworks such as Nest.js;
• Development of custom features for Shopify;
• Connect Shopify - through their APIs with multiple other systems - e.g. ERPs like SAP via WSDL/SOAP ; other REST and GraphQL APIs - integrate with multiple other services in an inventive way
• Headless builds;
• Automate processes and improve backend infrastructures - using state of the art cloud services such as Google Cloud - as well as Amazon Web Services and even sometimes the occasional self managed Virtual Private Server;
• Cooperation with dedicated account managers, who are a bridge between you and the clients;
• Teamwork and grow with the whole production team: code reviews, mutual support and unblocking your colleagues show that you have the perfect mindset;

• [ ] Typescript, React, React context for state management
• [ ] Next.js - Shopify Hydrogen (based on Remix), Node.js, Nest.js, apollo, or other - for local state management
• [ ] Understanding of OAuth flow, HMAC, JWT
• [ ] Understanding of domain model driven design a plus
• [ ] Ability to go from requirements to domain models another plus
• [ ] Ability and eagerness to learn new technologies
• [ ] Firebase
