While working with us, you'll see many different types of e-commerce businesses with a variety of needs. Once you get a project handed to you, you must take full responsibility for it and make sure things are moved along and that the team works on it as per the plan. You might have some projects, where you need to manage designers, developers, third-party contributors, and eventually other consultants working directly with the client. So we need you to:
We have our processes. But we are a small team that looks more toward progress and productivity than rigid and old schemes and ways of doing things. If you'll have suggestions on how to make things smoother and more efficient, we'll listen to you and give you the freedom to test them.
